“It was ok value, not outstanding. The guide was not personable and not outstandingly knowledgeable. Non-English speaking tourists were rude in that they spoke when English speaking guide spoke. It was difficult to hear what was said. Bus was not modern and not comfortable, air conditioning was not working to maximum capacity. The tour content as such, and the places visited were very good. A beautiful part of Crete.”
