Our first stop at Spinalonga was self-guided and an interesting site to visit. We were given ample time to enjoy at our own pace. From there, we went to Kolokytha beach. Since it was overcast and somewhat cool, we elected to stay on the boat. “We were greeted well by Tourline a few minutes earlier than initially planned. We were taken to the coach. Once on the boat for the BBQ and visit to Spinalonga this ran smoothly. Unfortunately my friend became unwell on board and the crew were very supportive. An ambulance was called for us to go to hospital for a check up. Our guide, Viola, checked in with me and offered us a lift home as they were in the area! Sadly we were unable to take them up on this offer, and got a taxi home later in the evening.
