However, after we had already booked and paid the trip in full, the company tried to charge extra fees by claiming that the small kid ticket does not include an own seat at the bus and we should buy another kid’s ticket if they wanted an own seat. There was plenty of room in the bus. The bus did not drive directly to the waterpark but through a crowded Chania centre dropping out other guests which made the drive both ways longer and the stay at the waterpark shorter.”
